Our background

In 2016 Sue first joined Midshire Catering Services, an established independent contract catering company as their managing director – she wanted to make a difference in a smaller company utilising the skills she had honed working at a senior level in the larger corporate companies.

Early in 2019 and together with her husband Phil she set out to make a real difference by acquiring the business which she had been nurturing and developing over the previous 3 years, rebranding the company to Midshire Signature Services.

Sue’s mantra is clear, her firm but fair approach is renowned whilst incorporating a sprinkling of fun and flair. Her experience in managing large and small scale cleaning for clients in the workplace is an area that Sue knows a lot about and has started to develop that service further in Midshire Signature Services, bringing the same high standards and personal care into this area.

Phil’s creativity and passion for food form the other half of this dynamic duo, giving Midshire Signature Services a clear food strategy inline with modern high street food concepts and he is fully supported by a fantastic team of like-minded people that are proud and excited to work for the company.
